The menu will satisfy even the most discerning diners who can choose from delicious fresh dishes from our menu which changes with the seasons and incorporates all the best that Scotland's larder has to offer.
The hotel has undergone a huge culinary transformation under the current ownership, fresh food in season is the order of the day with most of the herbs and salad greens supplied from the owners farm in Perthshire. Free range eggs are also home grown with all seasonal game coming from surrounding estates.

A typical starter may be, hand caught scallops served on a bed of Stornaway black pudding with a drizzle of lime and lemon sauce ! Followed by seared duck breast with asparagus and carrot velouté topped with a rich red wine jus, then if u can manage try a raspberry and chocolate mousse.
