The Clachan cottage hotel in Perthshire with its picturesque lochside position beside Lochearn is ideally suited for all kinds of holiday breaks, the location of the hotel directly on the shore of lochearn is one of the most enviable locations in Scotland, the views from the hotel across to the historic Edinample Castle are simply astounding, fresh colors of spring, long summer evenings watching the sunset over Ben Vorlich, with the resident Ospreys circling overhead looking to swoop down and catch a trout in front of your very eyes, our patio is the ideal spot to just take in the beauty and splendour of Lochearnhead.

You can have an activity holiday with watersports activities run directly from the hotel as we have our own slipway, jetty and mooring facilities, anyone wanting to bring there own boat is very welcome, we provide tuition for waterskiing or wakeboarding and can also provide quad bike activities.

Cyclists cant resist the Glenogle trail and route 7 of the sustrans cycle networks is just five minutes away, a cyclists paradise on the doorstep. Originally built as a row of cottages, the Clachan cottage hotel has been extended over the years to provide 21 letting rooms, Castle view function room, Birch sports bar and the Rowan lounge and restaurant.
The hotel is an ideal wedding venue with stunning backdrops for your all important photographs.

Pets are welcome in this pet friendly hotel, great dog walking nearby on the Glenogle trail or through Glenample. For Dog friendly rooms, please reserve by telephone.
